Responsible for providing support and resources for business development activities. This position supports the hospital and long-term care divisions in their growth strategy goals. Additionally, this role reviews other growth initiatives and special projects assigned by the SVP/ Chief Strategy Officer. In addition, this position collaborates with various teams to ensure effective implementation of growth strategies. Ensures alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develops and implements business development strategies to drive organizational growth. Identifies and evaluates new market opportunities and potential partnerships. Conducts market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with organizational goals. Prepares and presents business proposals and growth plans to senior leadership. Manages the execution of growth strategies and monitors progress. Provides support and resources for business development activities. Reviews and assesses growth initiatives and special projects. Facilitates internal and external due diligence for transactions. Responds to RFPs and inquiries regarding growth opportunities. Collaborates with consultants and legal teams on business development matters. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to understand the healthcare clinical and regulatory environment. [Required] Ability to satisfactorily communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel throughout the organization. [Required] Proven organizational and analytical skills in strategy, business development and related activities. [Required]Education: Bachelor's [Required] Master's [Preferred]Field of Study: in Finance, Economics, Accounting or healthcare related field with strong quantitative orientation in Business Administration or other healthcare related field.
