The clinical auditor performs clinical and operational audits as a means of verifying accuracy of information and compliance to established policies, practices, and regulations. Responsible for quality review of care process from physician order, registration, chart documentation, charging, and billing to reimbursement. Has collaborative relationship with revenue integrity advisors for root cause analysis and education of departments. Job Requirements. In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:High School Diploma/ G.E.D. Required. Associate Degree Required. Bachelor Degree Preferred Bachelors Degree/ BSN preferred 5 years direct patient care in a hospital setting required. RN experience highly preferred; although technical skills and medical experience may substitute. Where You'll Work.
