Provide direct patient care and assist with client assessments, ensuring each patient's needs are met with compassion and expertise. Ensure top-quality care delivery and full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations. Support and mentor field staff (nurses and caregivers), helping them grow and maintain excellence in their roles. Coordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing to develop, update, and implement effective patient care plans. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, keeping information organized and up-to-date. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred). Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
