Key Responsibilities: - Process bi-weekly payroll and resolve compensation-related issues. - Manage employee benefits enrollment and provide ongoing support. - Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Assist the COO in market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. - Maintain and process monthly insurance billings. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in benefits and compensation. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
