Reports to: Director of People and Culture Supervises: None Classification: Non-Exempt Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations Working knowledge of club policies and guidelines as outlined in the Club’s Employee Handbook and club by-laws and rules. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the Club’s staff as well as serve successfully as a key participant on the executive management team. Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality. Essential Functions Leadership Contribute to and promote a healthy culture supporting our values, vision, and mission. Recruitment, Hiring, and Training Recruitment and Hiring: Develops and places recruitment ads. Supports the hiring process, including interviewing, preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating onboarding. New Hire Training: Organize and facilitate new hire training sessions, ensuring all employees complete required orientations, safety training, and department-specific onboarding. Computer Access Coordination: Set up and manage employee computer access, email accounts, and necessary software onboarding. Locker Assignments: Manage the assignment, tracking, and organization of employee lockers and locker room areas. Employee Housing Management: Maintain employee housing records, communicate housing assignments, and support move-in/move-out logistics. Employee Engagement Weekly Newsletter: Create, edit, and distribute a weekly internal newsletter, highlighting important updates, events, employee spotlights, and announcements. Employee Celebrations: Track and coordinate birthday and work anniversary celebrations, ensuring timely recognition across teams. Snowmass Stash Program: Oversee the Snowmass Stash employee perks program, coordinating benefit distribution and promotional communication. Administration Benefits and 401(k) Eligibility: Track employee benefits eligibility timelines (health insurance, 401(k), etc.) and assist in benefit enrollment communication and documentation. Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential employee files (electronic and paper), ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. Maintains strict confidentiality of all employees, members, and organizational information. Exercises discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive data, records, and communications related to personnel and Club operations. Non-Essential Functions Assist in the preparation of job descriptions. Coordinates and monitors project-based work and process improvement Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR Department and employee experience.
