The Senior Relationship Manager Associate (Sr. RMA) is an extension of the Relationship Manager (RM) team focused on providing distinctive customer service and performing administrative duties for R - Ms and clients. The Sr. RMA performs various support duties pertinent to meeting the needs of First. Bank's clients and development of new business, and functions as an extension of the RM team for sales opportunities and brand awareness. Uses advanced computer and communication skills to anticipate and proactively address client and RM needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Function as an experienced member of the Relationship Manager team to provide support to Commercial Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams; anticipate needs, issues and concerns of internal teams and clients, providing resolution or escalation when appropriate. - Prepare and review all account documentation related to high-volume deposits and loans, and monitor the administration of the closing process. - Review loan files to ensure file completeness, including the proper security of designated collateral. - Monitor past dues and future maturities, manage draws, and update multiple R - Ms on a regular basis. - Actively work to develop relationships across all Bank partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and referral business exhibiting an advanced level of bank product knowledge. - May independently address client questions and issues; escalate advanced concerns to the appropriate RM team or Bank partner. - Answer phones and/or greet First. Bank visitors, providing assistance and direction as appropriate. - May assist R - Ms, Market Presidents or Area Presidents with special projects, including group presentations, community/civic events, internal and external meetings, etc.; may assist with preparation of Loan Committee packets. - Provide consistent, distinctive service to all clients when delivering the First. Bank service experience. - Practice safe and sound bank procedures, including adherence to applicable laws and regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and security protocols. - Regular and reliable attendance. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or the equivalent required, with Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum three years, with specific bank experience preferred First.
