Service different buildings daily, as assigned by your supervisor or admin staff. General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. Safely operate cleaning equipment, including a backpack vacuum. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean and stock restrooms. Ensure doors are locked after hours. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. Collect and dispose of trash. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Keep cleaning supplies in stock. Other duties, responsibilities, and activitiesas assigned by supervisor. Janitor Floater Qualifications and Requirements. Valid Unexpired Driver's License and a Personal Vehicle for Transportation. Ability to drive to different client locations in the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs (as needed). Handle basic cleaning and janitorial work, including but not limited to: emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, wipe downs. Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well when supervisors are not present. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. Able to use basic cleaning equipment. Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify Physical Considerations. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bend, kneel, crouch, and as required by job. Lift up-to 40 lbs as required by job. Operate a vehicle to travel between client sites.
