The Hospital Billing Revenue Analyst plays a key role at the intersection of Revenue Cycle operations and Data Analytics, combining technical reporting skills with an understanding of hospital billing and coding practices. In this role, you will partner closely with our Data Analytics and Reporting team, so that you can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership. By monitoring key revenue metrics, identifying trends, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, you help drive improvements in revenue recognition, cash flow, payer performance, and regulatory compliance. Compensation: $43.49 - $66.55 - before shift differentials What we’re looking for 3-5 years healthcare billing experience and/or accounts receivable experience utilizing automated patient accounting. Experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, or IT systems combined with foundational knowledge of hospital billing and coding practices. Microsoft Office applications experience, including reporting and advanced Excel proficiency required. Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of HCPCS/ CPT/ ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred. Strong written/oral communications and problem-solving skills required. Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills required. Education:Minimum/ Required High School or GED Equivalent required.
