Under general supervision, assists the Service Specialist with pre-job service and Smart. Well® completion equipment preparation, and with Smart. Well® completion product installation at the well site. Assists with post-job demobilization including clean up, return of service/completion equipment and the maintenance and/or repair of service equipment. Assists with process documentation as prescribed by HMS. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are normally detectable and are often recoverable. Given the nature of oilfield service work, all employees must be able to execute written and verbal instructions and effectively exchange information with peers and superiors that will increase the likelihood of job success. Every employee must be able to work as an effective team member. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Develops and demonstrates general knowledge of Smart. Well® technology included in the Well. Dynamics' product portfolio. Develops and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the least complex Smart. Well® completion deployed in his/her geographic area. Employee must develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of the process documentation required during prepare resources, mobilization, perform services and demobilization mainstay processes. Employee must also demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the dynamics of the reservoir, deployment software used for installation of Smart. Well® Technology and display mechanical aptitude and preferably a practical understanding of mathematics, electronics and logistics. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Class A CDL is required. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading, comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are essential. This is a development position with the expectation that all Service Operators will advance to the Service Specialist position. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
