Monitor plant activity. Hourly rounds (checking trailer temperatures, room temperatures, and gates). Monitor all associates entering and exiting the building including vehicle traffic. Weight master scales, weighing trailers in and out. Answering switchboard after hours. Billing loads. Follow and implement company policies. Operate company owned vehicles. Inspect trailers for cleanliness and operability. Receive shipments of supplies and raw material. Understand and promote safety standards Perform assigned duties without direct supervision. Other duties assigned Qualifications:Authorized to work in the US 18 years of age or more. Ability to work fulltime M-S; Weekends and overtime as needed as well as flexibility to rotate shifts as needed. Ability to read, write and speak English, bilingual is preferred. Computer skills preferred; Experience with SAP systems, Outlook, Teams, etc. Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy. Professional attitude with all personnel Ability to thrive in a fast paced setting. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. Requires ability to stand and walk for long periods of time on varying terrain, in all weather conditions as well as up and down stairs. Security experience is preferred. Ability to conduct repetitive motion. High School Diploma or GED is preferred Work Environment:The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures, fast-paced setting, and exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives.
