Assists with full-cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating drug & background checks, document verification, and onboarding. Generates external applicant flow for Store Operations management candidates using modern online and offline talent sourcing strategies for an assigned territory. Identifies and engages key recruiting partners within the Sheetz footprint (colleges, high schools, diverse organizations, places of worship, etc.). Organizes, attends, and executes high volume open houses, job fairs, and other recruiting events. Measures success of initiatives; timely completes metrics reports. Regularly communicates with store operations partners on the status of recruiting and hiring progress throughout the hiring cycleSupports the onboarding, training, and mentoring of HR Coordinators and Sheetz store management in Sheetz hiring methodologies. Maintains expert working knowledge of recruiting technologies, talent forecasts, labor markets and industry trends. QUALIFICATIONS(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and/or sourcing required OR Two years of experience as a Sheetz store manager or three years of experience as an assistant manager required. Working knowledge and application of federal, state and local employment laws required. Licenses/ Certifications. Valid driver’s license. Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment)None.
