As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/ Malls, and more. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, monitoring activity throughout the location, and supporting appropriate emergency response activities when needed. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with local management and/or public emergency responders as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, exterior perimeters, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures. Assist with crowd and/or traffic flow during busy shopping periods, special events, and store opening or closing activities while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements:A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
