The Opportunity: Docks, Decks, and Drivers Looking for a fast-paced role where you aren't stuck doing just one thing? We are hiring a dual-threat Forklift Operator and Yard Driver. This isn't a job for beginners. We need a skilled operator who can seamlessly transition from the warehouse flo[ "Receiving, Put-Away & Loading\n\n\n\t\n\t. Unload inbound shipments safely, check for accuracy/damage, and report variances.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Efficiently stack, store, and rotate stock in designated areas.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Move products from staging or storage into trailers for outbound shipping.\n\t\n\n\n. Order Picking & Inventory\n\n\n\t\n\t. Pull and prepare exact types and quantities of products for shipment to meet standards.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Weigh products and record weights on individual pallets.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Keep precise records to maintain inventory control and assist in physical counts.\n\t\n\n\n. Equipment & Yard Operation\n\n\n\t\n\t. Safely operate LPG/electric forklifts, clamp trucks, and other power equipment.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and perform minor equipment maintenance.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Operate a yard truck (semi-truck with trailer/bulk tanker) throughout the facility and shipping docks.\n\t\n\n\n. Physical & General Requirements\n\n\n\t\n\t. Requires constant movement on/off forklifts, with regular bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Must be able to intermittently lift 10 to 60 pounds.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Requires basic math skills, effective communication across departments, and flexibility for other assigned duties.\n\t\n\n.
