Business & Product Operations (BPO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and Support teams within AWS. BPO needs a creative, dynamic and results driven business intelligence professional who wants to build and create the data and metrics framework that will support Private Pricing globally. This role is a critical part of the team that is launching the latest services into the market and ensuring that our customers get to experience our full range of products first hand before they buy. This job requires a strong sense of ownership and ability to deal with ambiguity. Key job responsibilities- Strong collaboration with colleagues across the organization. About Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. Basic Qualifications- 4 years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field- Experience in functional or operational data analysis, based on large volumes of data- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.- Experience with Salesforce, OBI, SQL, SharePoint, and Tableau. Preferred Qualifications- Advanced written communication skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership.- Internal and external customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.- Proven project management ability that demonstrates organizational and problem-solving skills that lead to a successful conclusion.- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.- Highly innovative, flexible, and self-directed- Results-oriented person with a delivery focus.- Proven attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
