The Partner Enablement and Growth team helps suppliers, agencies, marketers, authors, content creators, designers, non-endemic advertisers and developers to scale their use of Amazon Advertising and grow their business by surfacing a diverse selection of products to millions of worldwide Amazon customers. We do this via software tools and marketing/engagement programs that enable developers (internal and external) and partners (agencies and tool providers) to better serve advertiser needs. Key job responsibilities- Drive initiatives to increase advertising revenue across Amazon's sites and devices worldwide- Design, develop and scale APIs and other tools for external developers to help brands and their partners optimize their advertising spend- Building brand new distributed software applications using cloud services and Amazon proprietary technologies to deliver these tools to external developers. Basic Qualifications- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience- 1 years of software development engineer or related occupational experience- 1 years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C , Java, or Perl experience- 1 years of Object Oriented Design experience- Experience programming with at least one software programming language. Preferred Qualifications- 3 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
