Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access-related concerns, and support orderly operations during opening, closing, and peak business hours. Minimum Requirements:Loss prevention experience is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
