You will support day-to-day contract administration for physical and financial commodities, partnering closely with traders, schedulers, legal, and external counterparties. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in commercial contracting and energy markets while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team. What You’ll Do Validate trade confirmations and contract terms with third parties to ensure accuracy, timely execution, and alignment with commercial agreements. Investigate and resolve contract discrepancies, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. Administer the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts, maintaining accurate records, variation logs, and documentation in company systems. Compile, analyze, and report contract and transaction data using standard tools and reporting platforms to support decision-making and performance tracking. Maintain standard templates, processes, and controls to support compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations, including assisting with internal and external audits. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities in contracting workflows. Provide backup coverage and cross-training within the contracts team to support operational continuity. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and external counterparties to facilitate efficient contract execution and timely issue resolution. What You’ll Bring – Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor’s degree 6 or more months of contract management experience supporting trading operations, finance, and/or related industry experience What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience supporting commercial contracts in energy trading, commodities, or related industries Experience with SAP, Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, electronic trade confirmation platforms, and Icertis Contract Intelligence Experience analyzing large contract and transaction data sets using reporting tools and databases Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills applied to contract and financial data Demonstrated ability to optimize work processes and contribute to continuous improvement in contract administration and reporting Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $82,800 – $101,200.
