Recruiting & Staffing Manage hourly recruiting activities. Screen candidates and schedule interviews. Coordinate hiring events when needed. Process new hire paperwork. Assist managers with staffing needs. Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics Onboarding & Employee Experience Conduct new hire onboarding. Ensure completion of required documentation. Maintain employee personnel files. Coordinate employee recognition initiatives. Support engagement activities HR Administration Maintain employee records. Process status changes. Prepare HR-related correspondence. Track leave requests and documentation. Assist with audits and compliance reviews. Maintain confidentiality at all times Employee Relations Support Serve as a resource for associates. Escalate employee concerns appropriately. Document workplace issues. Assist management with policy interpretation. Support investigations and corrective action processes Union Environment Support Assist management with compliance under the collective bargaining agreement. Monitor documentation and record keeping. Ensure proper handling of contractual obligations. Support grievance preparation and information gathering when necessary Compliance I-9 administration. Personnel file audits.
