As an Asset Protection Supervisor, you will be leading a team responsible for supporting quality programs, CVS Health policies, and compliance procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring the security of company assets (including employees, building, product, supplies, etc.), conducting internal and external investigations, overseeing Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs, conducting operational audits, monitoring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and supporting business operations. This position reports to the IQC Manager and collaborates across the supply chain network to create, develop, and improve processes and procedures to maximize operational efficiencies in collaboration with Distribution Operations, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Security, Finance, and COE's. The ideal candidate for this position would have flexibility in their working schedule. Occasional shift changes and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. - - - Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM with flexibility as needed according to business needs. - - - Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:Ensuring the physical security standards of the facility are maintained and adhered to including, but not limited to: CCTV operation, access control, alarm system functionality/testing/response, cargo/trailer security measures, etc. Supervising quality auditors’ daily activities, evaluating work performance, and contributions to critical KPIs. Supervising contracted uniformed security guard services, ensuring completion of all required paperwork, trailer seal inspections, tracking of trailers in computer software, perimeter security tours, trailer yard inspections, incident reporting, etc. Performing investigations including, but not limited to: internal/external theft, fraud, falsification of company records, misappropriation of company assets, safety violations, policy/procedure violations, etc. Conducting operational audits in various areas such as shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, order selection, RX, inventory control, etc. Collaborating with DC Operations to ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to consistently, including timely and thorough documentation of worker’s compensation incidents and equipment accidents. Assisting in monitoring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Providing training, development, and awareness to other colleagues through a variety of platforms, including but not limited to: New Colleague Orientation (NCO), meeting presentations, AP Awareness Program, one-on-one interactions, etc. Supporting AP Field Operations as needed (i.e., researching/investigating store delivery shortages, lost in transit claims, etc.)Required Qualifications 2 years of asset protection experience in a distribution center environment or multi-unit retail operation 1 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity, either directly or indirectly leading a team. Preferred Qualifications. Bilingual 3 years of experience in asset protection, retail operations, or similar related field 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Industry certification (LPC, LPQ, CFE, CPP, CFI, etc.)Wicklander-Zulawski interview & interrogation certified. Experience with MS Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, auditing, and investigative skills. Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis)Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type. Full time. Pay Range. The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00
