Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product installation processes, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our system accurately and comprehensively. Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and quality assurance teams, to escalate complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates to effectively support customers and provide accurate information. Assist with product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with non-technical customer service cases: account disputes, delivery issues and expedite orders You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered. Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a customer service role. Conflict management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
