Pay: $23.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, 5 am to 1:30 pm (Monday-Friday); will move to 4-10’s after June. Possible overtime on Fridays and weekend. You’ll be: Building various assemblies by following detailed work instructions using a variety of hand and power tools Ensuring product quality and meeting output quantities to satisfy customer demand Complying with all company policies, guidelines, and requirements for quality and safety Reporting issues with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to a coordinator or department leader Completing regular housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks Using a PC or tablet to manage your daily schedule, access digital work instructions and tools, and report issues This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are at least 18 years of age Have one of the following: a High School Diploma or G.E.D., a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience (must have) Are able to perform manual tasks throughout the work shift, including frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and repetitive actions Are able and willing to work overtime and weekends Have at least one year of experience in manufacturing or using mechanical tools (preferred) Can successfully complete a Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) test before placement
