The Manufacturing Technician II—Inspection will report to the Inspection team’s Manager or Supervisor, working in various controlled and non-classified areas. This role performs a variety of manufacturing duties including operating automated inspection equipment, conducting visual and physical inspections, collecting operational data, and supporting process improvement initiatives in compliance with cGMP standards. Key Responsibilities Operate assigned machinery: service automated inspection equipment, monitor status, reintroduce materials, and palletize inspected materials for smooth product flow. Perform manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials; escalate issues as needed. Maintain visual inspection qualifications. Start, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment; remove jams and conduct minor assembly/disassembly for cleaning. Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts. Complete cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance activities to ensure cGMP compliance. Accurately perform batch record and GMP documentation entries; maintain records and logs, including calculations. Apply knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment. Support compliance with all safety, PPE, ergonomics, and chemical handling guidelines; report discrepancies promptly. Adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA safety requirements. Print SOPs/ Forms via ECMS as needed. Additional Responsibilities Support lean and process improvement activities such as 5 S, problem-solving, and data tracking for OEE. Review and help improve process documents while ensuring cGMP compliance. Provide flexibility by supporting other work areas as business needs demand. Undertake other duties with minimal supervision as required. Optional Training / Additional Opportunities Cold room access and material transfer after completing cold room training. Become a certified trainer on equipment and processes; train other team members. Gain SAP experience for inventory management. Requirements & Competencies Minimum Requirements Ability to understand, read, write, and follow instructions in English. High attention to detail with strong record-keeping and math skills. Willingness to acquire all necessary work area certifications and qualifications. Capable of working effectively in a team and adapting to changing environments. Some overtime may be required at short notice. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma, vocational school graduate, or equivalent. Experience in pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated manufacturing environments. Production experience. Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing practices. 10244419
