Purpose:This role will assist in expanding our competitive leadership in the personal and non-personal promotion digital channel through enhanced execution, embedding capabilities within the business, and accelerating adoption of new and existing omnichannel engagement capabilities to maximize return on investment. This role will report to the Director, AI Capabilities Execution, who is responsible for leading a J&J teams to revolutionize customer experience through the intersection of AI, data, analytics, technology, and passionate teamwork. You will be responsible for:The Associate Director, AI Capabilities Execution will be accountable for shaping, executing, and embedding a competitively differentiated, multi-year capability roadmap strategically aligned to business priorities. The primary scope of this role will be to enhance current tactics and implement and execute with impact. This leader will manage multiple vendors and provide indirect leadership for a cross-functional team of more than 50 individuals across businesses and functions engaged with implementation, embedding, and adoption of current and new capabilities. The Associate Director will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including sales and marketing leadership, key analytics stakeholders, and media, data, and omnichannel professionals across business and functional units. Key Responsibilities:Drive current and future AI capabilities to enhance omnichannel orchestration capabilities across J&J NA Pharm in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, media, data, and analytics. Drive execution, implementation, and delivery of the multi-year Engagement. AI Digital roadmap to scale integration of AI capabilities into both owned and paid digital media channels. Lead ongoing business impact analysis and ensure implementation of appropriate cost-benefit and ROI analysis of capabilities. Develop and implement change management strategies by collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and objectives, including defining scope, assessing risks and impacts, and creating detailed change plans. Implement program management and governance for capabilities and execution through coordination with commercial leadership, including national sales directors, directors of marketing, vice presidents, and other key steering committee members. Collaborate across business and functional units and in partnership with JJT to identify opportunities to embed capabilities and accelerate growth. Build a culture of continuous learning and improvement, fostering an environment that encourages experimentation and innovation while minimizing risks. Identify capability opportunities and gaps that need to be strengthened or built to future-proof the organization. Qualifications / Requirements:Education. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD preferred. Experience and Skills. Required 6 years of experience in commercial health care or commercial pharmaceutical operations and execution . years of experience in digital media activation or omnichannel orchestration with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape. Strong expertise in program governance, change management, and establishing and embedding data, analytics, and technology capabilities within commercial pharma and/or health care operations. Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing others with and/or without authority. Proven expertise in problem solving and critical thinking, with a strong understanding of Agile methods. Proven track record in project and program management, governance, and change management methodologies. Excellent networking and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a highly matrixed environment. Working knowledge of fit-for-purpose application of AI/ ML solutions to address business needs. Preferred 3 years of direct experience in customer-facing sales, marketing or related roles. Deep understanding of the commercial domain, executing analytics, and best practices in embedding new capabilities into commercial operations. Other:Up to 10% domestic travel.
