Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or Agile Product Owner roles, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Experience leading Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or advanced analytics product management initiatives within financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments. Experience leading cross-product or portfolio-level AI initiatives, identifying dependencies, synergies, risks, and prioritization tradeoffs across platforms and channels. Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, model risk management, data dependencies, and regulatory expectations, with experience embedding controls into product design and delivery. Proven experience managing AI platforms, data-driven solutions, or intelligent automation capabilities, including model deployment, workflow integration, and scalable platform evolution. Experience developing and owning business cases for AI capabilities, including articulation of business value, cost, risk, and investment tradeoffs. Strong partnership experience with Technology, Data, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external vendors in a matrixed enterprise environment. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders, providing clear product direction across strategy, execution, risk, and investment decisions. Track record of owning and managing business metrics, adoption metrics, operational metrics, and risk metrics for complex AI or data products.
