Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities. Utilizes process engineering techniques to assess current processes and potential improvements. Draws upon continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) to structure and incubate improvement opportunities. When appropriate, identifies technology needs to solve business issues and partners with others to source, create/adapt, implement, and launch technology. Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories. Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences. Successfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians. Allocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met. Results oriented, moving work forward at a meaningful pace, while building strong culture and teams. Develops and mentors teammates. Up to 50% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%Minimum Qualifications. Experience leading large-scale business transformation from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance. Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships, influence others, and drive meaningful change that ‘sticks’Proficiency mapping teammate led processes, and revamping approach through low-value task elimination, automation, and centralization of work. Experience leveraging machine learning or artificial intelligence to solve a key business problem preferred 10 years of total work experience in progressive roles. Undergraduate degree in technical area (e.g. engineering) preferred. MBA or graduate degree in a healthcare related field (MD, MPH, MHA) preferred. Healthcare experience preferred. PROSCI training preferred. Six sigma or lean training preferred.
