Provide employee health services to employees, including health assessments, interventions, and follow-up. Support and lead events such as employee orientation, vaccine clinics, and fit testing sessions. Collaborate with Infection Prevention and other clinical partners to ensure health and safety standards are met. Track and maintain accurate employee health data. Role Highlights:Location: Based out of the Presbyterian office (Charlotte region). This is your home base for office days, with regular events held across the Charlotte market. Occasional travel may be required to locations such as Huntersville, Ballantyne, Matthews, or Winston Salem areas—with plenty of notice provided and all travel kept within reason. Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally between 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional early starts. Strong focus on event planning and delivery, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and nursing assessment skills. Ideal Candidate:Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and adaptable to varying schedules. Willing to travel within the Charlotte market, with flexibility for occasional assignments outside the market. Strong communication skills, especially in event-based and high-volume settings.
