Lead customer segment innovation and commercialization initiatives focused on driving 5 G broadband growth and customer acquisition Develop customer segmentation frameworks, value propositions, acquisition strategies, and business cases to support growth initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Brand, Commercial Growth, and Planning teams to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives. Manage segment performance using insights and marketing intelligence to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement Present strategic recommendations, opportunity assessments, and performance updates to senior leadership Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or 7 years of equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred 7 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Customer Segmentation, Growth Marketing, or related disciplines Proven experience developing customer acquisition strategies and commercialization plans in highly competitive industries Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate customer, market, and performance insights into actionable business strategies Experience developing value propositions, go-to-market plans, and targeted customer strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across matrixed organizations Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem solving At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel Required (Yes/ No):Yes. Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
