Starting pay is dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications, experience, internal equity and assignment of duties and is paid on a per course basis and may include extra payments for tasks like course material development/updates. Position Overview and Responsibilities:Develop course materials such as syllabi, lectures, activities, handouts, exams, assignments, and other teaching materials (40%). Deliver content and actively engage students in the classroom (40%). Grade student materials, which can include exams, papers, and final projects, and submit final grades (10%). Provide feedback to students and respond to student inquiries via email, phone, or through virtual or in person meetings (10%). These effort percentages may be adjusted as needed. Qualifications Required qualifications. An advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in business, healthcare administration, organizational leadership, or a related field, OR substantial, high-level executive recognition and leadership experience within a major healthcare or enterprise setting. Minimum of 10 years of executive-level leadership, management consulting, or corporate advisory experience, specifically focused on optimizing team dynamics, leadership development, or change management frameworks. Proven expertise in developing and implementing team performance strategies and leadership frameworks tailored to complex organizational cultures (such as Fortune 500 or major healthcare enterprises). Demonstrated excellence in communication, public speaking, or corporate training, with the ability to engage and facilitate learning for mid-to-senior level healthcare executives. Preferred qualifications Prior experience operating at the VP level or higher within a major healthcare entity (e.g., health systems, health insurance) or leading enterprise-level innovation accelerators. Experience in executive advising, professional coaching, or delivering dynamic workshops focused on human performance, organizational behavior, and team alignment. Familiarity with modern leadership challenges, including leading human-centric teams through technological disruption and building frameworks to improve organizational execution and culture.
