Design, develop, and deliver evidence-based educational programs that support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development for inpatient care management staff. Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps; analyze data to inform program development and priorities. Lead initiatives using ANPD standards, applying roles such as advisor, mentor, collaborator, researcher, and change agent. Develop measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and best practices. Plan and execute educational strategies incorporating adult learning theory, behavioral change models, and diverse teaching methodologies. Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze ROI, and continuously improve learning initiatives. Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and cultural perspectives. Promote the integration of evidence-based practice to improve patient care, safety, and quality outcomes. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support quality improvement and organizational excellence initiatives. Mentor and support professional growth of care management nurses and social workers. Qualifications. Education & Experience. Master’s Degree in Nursing OR - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing AND Master’s Degree in Education or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in inpatient care management, including teaching, training, or program development. Licensure & Certification. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Care Management Certification (ACM or CCM) (required within 6 months of hire)Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Strong expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design. Proficiency in delivering both in-person and virtual education programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage projects, drive change, and influence at multiple levels. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and build professional partnerships. Our Commitment to You:
