You will be responsible for advancing enterprise Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and sustainability performance through data analytics, information management systems, and performance reporting. You will support global EHS and sustainability programs by managing EHS data frameworks, ensuring data quality, and transforming operational data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the EHS Information Management System (EHSIMS) and associated analytics platforms to support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and enterprise EHS & sustainability objectives. This role can be based at any of our Minnesota locations Develop and maintain enterprise EHS performance dashboards and visualizations for leadership reporting. Analyze EHS data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex environmental and safety datasets into clear insights and executive-level reporting. Support development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with corporate EHS strategy. Utilize advanced analytics tools (Power BI, etc.) to perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance benchmarking. Leverage AI-enabled analytics (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive insights, natural language querying) to enhance EHS trend identification, risk prediction, and reporting efficiency. Provide leadership teams with data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and risk management. Manage and optimize enterprise EHS Information Management Systems. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks for EHS metrics. Ensure data integrity, governance, and quality control across EHS data sources. Support system configuration, user support, and data validation processes. Collaborate with IT and EHS stakeholders to improve digital tools and reporting capabilities. Develop automated reporting processes and system integrations to improve data efficiency. Provide training and guidance to system users across global teams. Support preparation of sustainability disclosures and regulatory reporting aligned with frameworks. Document data methodologies, assumptions, and calculation approaches to ensure transparency and audit readiness. Must Haves. Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years in environmental compliance or EHS data management OR advanced degree and 2 years of experience. Strong experience with data analytics platforms and visualization tools (Power BI, etc.)Working knowledge of AI concepts and AI-enabled analytics tools to support automation, forecasting, and insight generation. Nice to Have. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline. Demonstrated experience in multinational operations and supply chains. Self-motivation with ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests. Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and information security principles when handling EHS and sustainability data (including appropriate use of AI tools)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences. High integrity, strong documentation discipline, and compliance mindset. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across global teams.
