Drive internal and external Brand experiences, from concept to execution and analysis, across multiple distribution channels including paid media, social media, thought leadership, and sponsorships. Build awareness and consideration of the organization’s brand, products and services. Job Description Responsibilities. Lead mid to large programs that include multi-faceted asset creation, with minimal supervision. Facilitate all aspects of a project lifecycle, including briefing, schedule creation, resourcing, compliance review, and delivery of marketing materials. Set production timelines and ensure materials meet brand and compliance standards as a key brand steward for all asset creation. Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks and progress to core team and leadership. Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to consult on best practices and strategies. Proactively suggest and implement process improvement as issues or delays arise. Track budget for assigned projects/programs and assist with invoicing as needed. Manage agency, contractor, and vendor relationships. For paid media campaign development, assist with writing creative briefs, participate in brand strategy research, asset development, tracking and reporting. Track budgets for assigned projects/programs and assist with invoicing and procurement vendor set-up. Maintain and track contractor/agency budget, while managing the development of SO - Ws for agencies and tracking billing and payments. Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress throughout the project, ensuring timelines are met. Manage project calendars; set priorities and provide cross functional dashboards to ensure awareness of upcoming project deliverables. Manage project resource allocation in collaboration with multiple business groups. Track and document project progress within workflow tool; establish new processes as needed. Manage traffic reporting to understand project volume, resourcing capacity, and aid in prioritization with a view of what’s coming on the horizon. Post materials on portal sites. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience. Five years of marketing or related experience. Experience managing campaigns or other marketing projects. Proficient in core content production systems and requirements. Excellent written/oral communication and relationship building skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organizational and planning skills to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions. Hybrid Office Environment. Compensation. The Salary for this position generally ranges between $80,000 - $100,00 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/ Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
