Annual performance review with potential pay increase. Quarterly bonus on top of base pay. Job Duties/ Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts. Perform material handling and warehousing functions. Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies. Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment. Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving. All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar:Background Screening. Drug Screening. Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical. Basic Requirements. Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes. Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand for 8 consecutive hours. Ability to work overtime, often on short notice. Top Candidates Will Also Have. Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained. Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience.
