Strategic Planning & Growth Initiativeso Partner with senior and executive leadership to define, prioritize, implement, and communicate key components of the organization’s growth strategies.o Lead and support high-impact strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational effectiveness, and profitability.o Develop actionable recommendations and business insights that inform strategic decision-making and enterprise priorities. Business Analysis & Financial Evaluationo Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic analysis, assess financial impact, and develop business cases for company initiatives.o Evaluate growth opportunities, operational performance, and market dynamics to support informed decision-making.o Conduct in-depth analyses that identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs. Performance Tracking & Strategic Executiono Track and report progress toward strategic objectives, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to keep initiatives on course.o Build and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor the performance of existing and emerging growth strategies.o Ensure alignment and accountability across strategic initiatives through effective communication and stakeholder partnership. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysiso Conduct market scans, competitive benchmarking, and in-depth competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform strategic planning.o Monitor industry developments and evolving consumer trends to support long-term growth strategies and innovation initiatives.o Translate market intelligence into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Executive Communication & Team Leadershipo Support the development and execution of executive-level presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.o Communicate complex analyses and strategic recommendations clearly, concisely, and persuasively.o Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability through collaboration, mentorship, and coaching. What You Bringo Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field required; MBA preferredo 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related fieldo Proven experience partnering with senior leadership on enterprise-level strategic initiativeso Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with experience developing business cases and strategic recommendationso Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting toolso Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholderso Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy developmento Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environmento Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skillso Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointo Passion for living Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
