Make well-informed decisions regarding equipment repair. Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor. Shop Foreman Minimum Qualifications:Experience dismounting, balancing and mounting tires. Experience in automotive operating systems and technology. Expertise with vehicle batteries and electrical systems. Understanding in the area of vehicle-collision repair and estimating. Ability to build and rebuild trailer components including brake system and equalizers. Familiarity with automotive measuring and diagnostic tools. Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean record.
