Responsible for supervising agents to their assigned shifts to ensure the daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Manage dispatching agents and applicable equipment to their arriving and departing flights, planes, and assignments. Job Duties: Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties. Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues. Schedules and conducts shift meetings. Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions. Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws. Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity. Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards. Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy. Qualifications: High School diploma, GED or equivalent education. Must be at least 18 years of age. Possess a valid Driving License. Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Preferred Qualification: One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.
