The Senior Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus Recruitment, in collaboration with and in support of the firm’s strategic initiatives, is responsible for supporting the firm’s efforts to recruit and onboard summer and entry-level associates. The Senior Coordinator works closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to identify top legal talent, ensuring compliance with all hiring policies. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this role. Prior experience in a legal law firm recruiting is preferred. Location This position can sit in any of our Boston, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, DC office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule for employees within commutable distance with some travel. Responsibilities. Is an essential member of a national campus recruiting team, supporting the growth of the firm’s summer program. Assists and coordinates all activities related to the full life cycle of a candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files in the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters. Maintains and provides information and reports regarding recruitment. Coordinates and supports all aspects of the national summer program. Oversees and runs the day-to-day on a local summer program. Develops and maintains relationships with target law schools. Helps strategize, plan, and execute on-campus events. Supports the recruiting brand by creating an exceptional candidate experience. Collaborates with marketing on branding initiatives. Availability for overtime and flexibility for travel are expected. Other duties as assigned. Desired Skills Hands-on experience in MS Outlook, Word, Excel (experience using pivot tables and other advanced analytics preferred), Vidcruiter, and Workday. Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required. Comfortable learning and working in new recruiting/ HR software platforms and communicating with firm stakeholders and executive management. Excellent written communication skills. Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail. A team player with a self-starter attitude. Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience working at a large law firm's recruiting department. Minimum Years of Experience 4 years’ experience of campus recruiting or similar environment. Essential Job Expectations.
