Provide individual and group treatment; complete documentation; offer patient support as needed. Deliver direct behavioral health services to children and adolescents, ages 2 - 5 in a therapeutic group milieu setting. Support youth experiencing acute or chronic crises to prevent hospitalization or more restrictive placements. Use evidencebased treatment methods, crisis/safety interventions, reinforcement strategies, emotional support, structured activities, and (when necessary) passive restraint as part of the treatment plan. Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team under supervision of senior staff. Develop, assess, facilitate, and monitor individualized or group treatment plans with the team. Evaluate and track treatment goals based on assessments and evidencebased practices. Participate in creating, implementing, and monitoring behavioral and functional assessments. Assist with data management for program evaluation; share findings with clinical team members. Monitor and document daily progress notes, data collection, summaries, and graphs for assigned patients. Support patient satisfaction efforts among parents, teachers, outside agencies, and children. Maintain positive, professional rapport with coworkers, patients, and visitors. Provide group intervention in the clinic. Help families stabilize the child and encourage ageappropriate behaviors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in interagency meetings when possible. Assist parents, teachers, childcare workers, and other professionals with implementing behavior programs designed by BCB - As or clinicians. Follow each patients individualized treatment plan. Notify supervisor/team promptly of significant changes in client behavior or circumstances. Maintain accurate, timely records of all patient interactions and meetings. Protect confidentiality and interact respectfully with children, adolescents, and families. Attend mandatory team meetings and staff development trainings. Perform duties in alignment with organizational competencies and complete other tasks as assigned. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or similar human service-related field.o?
