Communicates appropriately with the interdisciplinary home care team in a timely manner, reporting any changes in patient's condition to appropriate professional staff. High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) year experience preferred. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. Automotive Insurance.
