This role entails managing business processes to ensure inventory records, procedures, and workflows are accurately documented, executed, monitored, and maintained within established control parameters. The wage range for this position is $20.95 - $23.00 per hour. This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. What You’ll Be Doing Utilize the SAP business system to generate required count documents in accordance with established SAP logic and configuration. Oversee daily Cycle Counts to ensure completion of scheduled counts in alignment with company standards. Develop and communicate key performance indicators across all areas supported by the Cycle Count processes. Manage SAP system configuration to support necessary organizational activities effectively. Design and implement business processes that enable accurate management and efficient flow of externally procured and internally manufactured products. Create and deliver training materials to educate employees on the business and financial consequences of inaccurate inventory records and inefficient material flows affecting internal and external stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical business functions impacting inventory records and material flows. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply logical reasoning and comprehension to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form. While performing job duties, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, or electrical hazards.
