Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)Monitor and support automated palletizer systems for continuous operation. Stock palletizers with dunnage and ensure proper load building Identify and clear minor jams safely; escalate larger mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance. Perform emergency shutdowns when necessary to ensure safety. Conduct continuous visual inspections of cartons, bottles, and materials to remove defects. Apply "Held" tags to non-conforming loads and ensure proper labeling of outgoing product. Place tier sheets and assist with pallet and product handling as needed. Maintain consistent production flow and uphold quality standards. Packaging Palletizer Operator Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a 12-hour shift. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Comfortable with physically demanding, fast-paced work. Work in a warm indoor production environment. Applicant may be subject to a background check.
