As a Sr Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead key elements of financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive business performance and decision-making. You will partner closely with business leaders to deliver fact-based insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and support strategic initiatives. This role includes dedicated responsibility for R&D planning and business partnering with Engineering leadership (including VP of Engineering-level stakeholders) to align investment priorities, forecasting, and financial performance with technical roadmaps. You will report directly to our senior leadership, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX and Rosemont, IL locations on a Hybrid work schedule.
