Perform MIG/ TIG welding on metal components to meet production and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy and structural integrity. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goalss. Welder Qualifications:Previous welding experience (MIG/ TIG preferred)Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn and grow. Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
