Design and format proxy statements, annual reports, and related shareholder materials. Apply established brand guidelines while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met. Prepare layouts, charts, tables, and infographics for print and digital distribution. Revise documents based on client and internal feedback with speed and accuracy. Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, and visual hierarchy. Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy of design elements and alignment with source files. Collaborate with senior designers and production teams to meet tight market driven deadlines. Organize and maintain project files according to team standards. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 0 to 2 years of professional design experience, internship experience considered. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially In. Design, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Strong typography and layout skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured production environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Accuracy and precision. Time management. Adaptability in a deadline driven environment. Willingness to learn complex regulatory requirements. Team oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications. Experience working with long document layout. Exposure to financial, legal, or regulated communications. Basic understanding of print production processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000. Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible.
