Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles for sellers and buyers. Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed. Facilitate lien perfection on NextGear Capital financed collateral when required. Release a NextGear Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy. Answer communications from clients on title questions. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Qualifications: Minimum. High School Diploma/ GED. Generally, less than 2 years of experience. Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude are required. Sitting and standing for extended periods of time. Bending and light lifting 10 lbs or less required. Extensive detail handwritten and computer work. Preferred. Prior experience with vehicle titling is preferred but not required. Notary license is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using various computer functions and office equipment. Professional demeanor and the ability to handle various situations with a pleasant attitude. Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams. Drug Testing. To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited. Benefits. Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
