Painting & Coatings. Perform power washing & other surface prep activities on interior & exterior surfaces. Apply industrial coatings, including floor striping, using both spray & manual methods. Conduct paint application at heights using lifts or ladders. Select appropriate paints, coatings, & supplies based on surfaces & requirements. Equipment & Maintenance. Maintain painting equipment and tools in proper working order. Report malfunctions and escalate issues as needed. Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts. Perform minor drywall and building repairs. Safety & Compliance. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures. Comply with OSHA and Haz. Mat procedures for storage and handling of materials. Wear and maintain required PPE, including respirators when necessary. Ensure all work aligns with company and regulatory safety standards. Planning & Efficiency. Estimate project timelines and plan accordingly. Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency. Prior experience operating paint spray gun. Demonstrated knowledge in various paint application techniques and the selection of appropriate paint types for diverse materials and surfaces.
