As a CBS Talent Intern, you will support two of EY’s strategic priorities: the Neuroinclusion Accelerator and Project Compass, an integrated caregiver and employee support platform. Together, these initiatives represent EY’s differentiated approach to unlocking workforce potential and improving employee experience. The Neuroinclusion Accelerator is a firmwide program designed to enhance attraction, onboarding, and development of neurodiverse talent through structured support, coaching, and integrated talent practices. In parallel, Compass extends this vision by providing a scalable platform that connects employees to caregiving and support resources, reinforcing EY’s commitment to holistic workforce enablement. In this role, you will work at the intersection of Talent strategy, inclusion, and product-enabled employee experience—supporting efforts that strengthen retention, accelerate productivity, and position EY as a leader in inclusive talent innovation. Your Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of the Neuroinclusion Accelerator (NIA) by developing and maintaining program materials, including playbooks and communications Support cross-functional coordination across NIA and Compass initiatives Conduct research and synthesize findings to support internal stakeholders Assist with Compass product testing, business operations and go-to-market workflows Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and ideas Skills and Attributes for Success Strong interest in talent strategy and workforce transformation Ability to connect talent initiatives with business outcomes Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple commitments Proactive and adaptable mindset To qualify for the role, you must have Pursuing an undergraduate degree Strong academic performance Ideally, you’ll also have Experience in HR or talent-related work Familiarity with MS Office suite Interest in inclusion and employee experience
