People Partnership and Support. Collaborate with and support People Business Partners to build strong relationships with business leaders. Identify talent gaps and recommend actionable solutions aligned with business goals. People Program Execution. Support and facilitate core People processes such as Talent Assessments, Calibration, Compensation Cycles, 360 Feedback, Succession Planning, and Engagement Planning. Develop and execute communication plans to support change management and People Team initiatives. Data & Analytics. Leverage People data to generate insights, track KPIs, and support decision-making. Maintain and enhance People dashboards; deliver ad-hoc reporting as needed. Workforce Planning & Budgeting. Partner with Brand Finance and Compensation teams to support management of headcount budgets and monthly forecasts. Support organizational design and workforce planning efforts. Employee Lifecycle Management. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience. Manage employee changes and transactions in Workday. Coordinate employee relocations and internal mobility processes. Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and onboarding for assigned client groups. Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources fundamentals, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills a plus. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with basic finance concepts, including budgets, expenses, revenue and financial reporting. Maintains a high level of organization, effectively managing multiple priorities, deadlines and workflows. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing strong initiative and accountability. Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks and deliverables. Reviews work thoroughly to identify errors, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maturity.
