Support production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment - Set up and prepare molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents) - Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications - Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete - Support curing process and strip finished products from molds - Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing, marking/stenciling) - Cut and tie wire/rebar as needed for reinforcement - Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment - Keep work area clean and organized - Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE - What You'll Need - Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, and kneeling) for extended periods - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed - Ability to work well on a team to meet production goals - Basic math and reading skills (measurements, simple drawings) - Attention to detail and commitment to safety - Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn - Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred.
