The On-Road Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing front-line supervision and leadership to the on-road driver and support teams as it relates to the PACE program. The position will maintain customer and client satisfaction by ensuring that transportation and related services are delivered safely, timely, and consistently coordinated. This person will oversee the development of “on-road” route structures and provide training and development to the new and existing on-road staff; working with the drivers to improve service delivery through regular “check-rides” and adjusting operations work plans based on those results. This position will also work with the Dispatch Supervisor to review and act upon required documentation generated by subordinate staff, ensure all on-road staff shifts are properly scheduled and covered, and support the Transportation Manager to ensure that daily operating performance levels and safety standards are met. Minimum Requirements. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing, supervising, and/or training and on-road work experience required. Experience developing on-road driver training programs and/or manuals. Experience with monitoring radio communications, surveillance equipment (i.e. video, GPS, etc.), radio call signs, noting areas of needed improvement, and coaching staff on techniques. Experience with customer service training. Class A or B (with P endorsement for multiple passengers) driver’s license required, with no points preferred. Bilingual capability is required (English/ Spanish)Compensation$77,667.20 - $97,073.60 annually.
