As a Client Sales Manager, you will manage accounts within your assigned territory, ensuring client satisfaction with Siemens Energy products and services. Your day will involve developing and executing a robust Territory Plan, managing selling resources, and maintaining strong client relationships. Remote position in Indianapolis, Indiana area. How You’ll Make an Impact Develop and execute an annual Territory Plan to drive sales and profitability. Manage and deploy selling resources effectively within your territory. Track and forecast opportunities while maintaining competitive awareness. Create strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers. Conduct won/loss reporting and define/communicate client needs and market conditions. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. 6 years of experience in sales or engineering within the rotating equipment industry, with knowledge of turbo, reciprocating, and steam applications. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher level. Strong ability to build client relationships at all levels. Excellent listening skills and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Good organizational skills, including time management, file organization, and report writing. Proven ability to close business opportunities. Willingness to travel 50% within the territory of major accounts (Domestic only). Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
